World Goetheanum Association

The World Goetheanum Association was founded on 18 May 2018 as network of partners; by this time 75 partners created and signed a common charter. Main issue of this charter is the commitment of the partners to the future of man and earth on the basis of human dignity and accountability. It announces a vision of a just world.

The partner network sees itself as part of a movement that seeks, promotes and implements a new, comprehensive view of the human being. Aim is, to connect and to search for ways to cooperate and to associate in order to bring healing impulses into the world.

Today, the network unites about 180 partners over the world. Partners of the World Goetheanum Association are companies, institutions, initiatives and self-employed people coming from different professional fields. Uniting are entrepreneurial questions and matters of business and economics, the main questions are: how can we do steps in this realm towards sustainability, common good and the cultural renewal of the economic system?

The network offers the opportunity to meet as partners beyond the limits of their own field of activity and to exchange views. As an association, the partners realise new forms of fair and humanitarian cooperation: partnership is realized in globally effective projects and a regular exchange between the partners. In an annual forum, current, socially relevant topics are discussed.

Anthroposophical research is an important source of inspiration and is seen as one approach in the context of cosmopolitan dialogue.

The Economics Conference of the Goetheanum 

A standing conference within the Social Sciences Section of the School of Spiritual Science, the Economics Conference of the Goetheanum is a worldwide research community that seeks to understand business, finance and economics on the basis of Rudolf Steiner's economics course and related writings. 

Its aim is to make seminal yet concrete contributions to fundamental problems of our time in such fields as price theory, monetary policy and entrepreneurial endeavour.
